This class is a 60 Minute Arm and Hand Balancing Flow with Nick. You'll start off with potentially new (to you!) ways to warm up the wrists and hips in table top, then transition to building heat in the body quickly. Expect to get moving quickly during this hour, since you'll be challenged in different warriors and lunges in your very first flow.
In many of your early flows, you'll be practicing building your wrist strength with a lot of plank and side plank work, and then you get to incorporate that same engagement later on in crow pose (and maybe crane? Try straightening your arms!). The whole class builds seamlessly upon itself and culminates with flying splits, a challenging arm balance that is broken down in a truly accessible way. Get ready to sweat during this one, and have fun!
