Our peak pose today is Revolved Dancer Pose! We will explore front body openers through arm binds in Warrior 1 and wide leg forward fold. We will counter those front body openers with twists in chair, one leg mountain, and low lunge. And of course, there will be core strengthening exercises in forearm plank! It doesn’t matter if this is your 5th class of the week or 1st class in a year-yoga doesn’t judge and it’s always there for you.
