This 60 Minute Full Body Flow with Hannah focuses on strengthening the front and back of the core to prepare us for Bow Pose. We will also open up the upper body with emphasis on the shoulders, and explore different bound versions of the arms. You are exactly where you’re supposed to be. Find peace in the fact that everything will work out just as it should.
