Some would say there aren't many reasons to celebrate this year. However, at YogaSpark, we have always preferred to focus on light, not darkness. On the gifts that we see inside of whatever challenges we are in. We have each other, and we have yoga! Join us for a group taught Holiday Class focusing on LIGHT and peaking to the arm balance, Flying Splits. Coming to you from both our Westchester and Tribeca locations in New York, co-dj'd by our teachers, and will use a combination of lighting to set the mood just right. You will leave this class feeling strong and lit up from the inside out. The playlist features songs from Taylor Swift, HAIM, and James Bay.

This class will only be available for all viewers until December 31st.
