Spark26 is a series of postures held for various lengths of time, as opposed to power yoga or vinyasa which is more movement-based. It is a practice of repetition and focus. If you are familiar with Bikram, this is indeed a Bikram-style class! You will be familiar with all of these postures. The 60 minute format typically removes some of the repetitive elements. We may or may not play music, we encourage inclusivity and take an all-levels approach, and every teacher puts their own flair on delivery and style. We recommend practicing this in a well heated environment as there is deep back bending offered in the class.
