In this class we are focusing on stretching the quads, those big muscles on the front of your thighs that get so much work and usage in yoga, running, spinning, and daily life - even just sitting and driving can cause them to tighten up! We take every opportunity in this class to lengthen and stretch this area between the top of the hip and the knee cap; and while we are at it, we open up the whole front side of the body including the collarbones and shoulders and heart space.
